Matcha acts as a Nootropics

Matcha works as a nootropics

It is interesting to report here that apart from a lot of health benefits matcha is found
to act as nootropics, we were expecting this as being a very powerful stimulant it
has to have this activity,.so first of all

What are nootropics?

Nootropics are all those substances, natural or synthetic, synthetic can rather be referred
as drugs, also the mixture of natural and synthetic, but one thing is very common in all
and that is they all have a very unique ability where they all improve the brain functions
it means by using them we get overall benefits in the brain performance, like

increase in memory
increase in focus and concentration
reduces stress, anxiety, and depression
reduces fogging of brain
reduces the time for taking action
more clarity in decision making
reduces the aging process of the brain
great improvement in the cases of brain diseases
fast improvement in brain injury

Who really needs these?

In today's times, where life is full of competition, whether you are a student or a sport
person, or in that matter whatever you are doing your success and performance highly
depends on how your brain works, means the performance of the brain, and that's where
nootropics play a very key role

How Matcha contributes as nootropics?

Matcha, and in that matter even green tea has a very unique combination of three activities
and these are not ordinary activities but in comparison, to other substances, they are very
powerful activities and these are

-antioxidant activities by polyphenols and other molecules
-activities because of caffeine
-activities because of theanine

and all these activities make matcha in a very unique position where it provides benefits
as nootropics

Matcha Latte

What is a Matcha latte?

After matcha tea, what first comes is a latte, it's a very popular and really fantastic alternative to morning tea or coffee. Mostly it is made with three ingredients,(1),(2)

Milk or/and water

Sweetener, sugar, depending  on personal  taste, you can add more or less

let's see

matcha latte

What is the taste of the Matcha Latte?

A very distinct taste, grassy, earthy, creamy, sometimes little bitterness alongside sweetness.

Is it a healthy drink?

Of course, it is more healthy than matcha tea because milk is used here,(3),(4),(5),(6)

In recent years, there are trends that more matcha is taken in the latte form, we feel from Matcha Facts that this trend may increase further mainly because most of the matcha available in the market has a typical grassy bitter taste and for a lot of people this is a very difficult situation where they want to drink matcha tea but the taste comes in the way, we think, they can retry matcha in the form of latte maybe it works for them

Matcha types

 Matcha types, varieties

Most sought,  after, is the first quality of matcha, called  Ceremonial grade, after this grade comes to the more affordable grade called Culinary grade, and then this second grade has five further subgrades,(1).

So let's see.

matcha-facts,types
                                           matcha types

These are well-understood grades inside the industry,  and pricing is also addressed, based on these grades, still, there is something  called  super-premium, varieties All these grades from Japancommand a better price than the same grades from China or that matter India, Sri Lanka, that's how the world market works.,(2),(3),(4)

First grade, Ceremonial grade

This is the most sought-after grade, and this is also a very high-quality grade, used mostly for matcha, Japanese-style tea, without sugar.

Flavour,- very mild delicate flavor

Color,- very deep vibrant  green

The smell,-Slightly grassy

Texture, - Almost similar to talc-powder, it should not have any coarse or gritty feeling.

A usage,-1/2 teaspoon of powder in 8 ounces, one cup of warm water is enough.

Second grade, Culinary  grade

It has 5- subgrades and these are

1, Premium  Grade,

This grade is suitable for an everyday morning latte and the afternoon smoothies its slightly less green than first grade, times it is sold as a Ceremonial grade, by making people fool so careful.

2, Cafe grade,

This grade is made from second quality of leaves, it has a more strong flavor, gives a bitter taste mostly used by cafe houses also can be us in baking.

3, Ingredient  grade,

Best for smoothies and lattes it gives thick consistency, also best to be used with sauces and desserts.

4,-Kitchen grade,

As the name indicates it is meant for the kitchen, it has a strong flavor and its tea is a little darker in color.

5,-Classic grade,

Most affordable cheaper than all other grades, its also more easily available,  it has a strong distinct flavor.

As you see, there are a lot of grades, and in marketing place, there is the confusion that most of the time there is no proper declaration on levels about these grades, everyone simply claims their product is very great this is a situation, which may change moment, more supply comes from other countries, but at this moment we don't have  more options but to trust supplier, this is all from Matcha Facts

 Matcha production in the world

If you see the history,  matcha started first from  China, and then monks brought it to Japan, from Japan it spread to other surrounding counties. So all said and done Japan is a key center for this product, and they kept the quality of the product in top form It's their product that acts as a standard for other producers,(1),(2),(3).

Let's see.

Matcha production in the world(simulation from tea production)

This data is few years old, we will come with new data as soon as it will be available, but
even this data gives a picture, as it is a specialty product

Products from Japan

Products from China

Products from India

Products from Sri Lanka

These are 4- major suppliers who control the supply and pricing.
Other producers are also emerging, they are also making some specialties, we have to see
how in coming days it transforms,(4),(5),(6)

Although a lot of these countries can supply matcha at many competitive prices, it may
take some time, to develop some trust in their supplies, maybe in coming years we from
Matcha Facts are expecting this to happen sooner or later
